Recreation Center
  • The Rec Center is open daily from 5:00am to 10:00pm.
  • All Columbia Village homeowners and renters are able to use the Rec Center at no extra charge. Access to the Rec Center is controlled by use of a key card system. Key cards can be obtained at the Sentry Management Office, located at 6149 N. Meeker Place, Suite 150, Boise, ID 83713. Please bring a utility bill with your current address on it, a drivers license and check for $30.
  • The Rec Center has free Wifi available. Bring your laptop, tablet, and mobile device. You will need to connect, then open a browser and accept the terms and conditions before you will be allowed to browse the internet. Please be considerate and responsible when connected.
  • The Rec Center Office has a mail slot under the window. Please be sure to use this instead of placing items under the door to ensure they are received. You can turn in checks for quarterly dues, lost and found items, suggestion forms, etc. Please remember that the mail slot is under szurveillance so any misuse or inappropriate behavior will be captured on video. Please be respectful.
  • ATTENTION RENTERS: In order to obtain a key card, the owner of the property must give permission by filling out a KEY CARD PERMISSION FORM. We will not issue you a card until we have permission from the property owner. 
  • ALL REPLACEMENT CARDS are $30.00. Reactivation fees for suspended or deactivated cards for non-payment or violations are $30.00. We can accept checks or cash.
Fitness Center
  • No staff on duty, all use of the facilities is at your own risk, and use of equipment is at your own
    risk.
  • CVOA is not responsible for property loss or injury sustained by homeowners or their guests when
    using the gym or facilities.
  • Food, gum, beverages, or glass items are prohibited.
  • Proper clothing is required, shirts, shorts, socks, must be worn when in gym and racquetball court.
  • Proper closed toe athletic footwear is required when in the gym and racquetball court.
  • Only use gym equipment, and court for its intended purpose.
  • Return all weights and equipment to racks and after use.
  • Sanitize equipment after use.
  • Be considerate of others in weight room.
  • No music video, or radio may be played on speakers or other devices including phones unless the
    user is using ear buds, head phones, or other devices.
Racquetball Court
  • You must wear eye protection at all times while playing.
  • No black sole shoes allowed on the racquetball court.
  • There are currently no reservations accepted and the court is used on a first-come first-serve basis. Please limit play to 60 minutes. 
Pools
  • Our pool season runs from the Friday before Memorial Day weekend to the end of the Labor Day weekend, 7 days a week.
  • From 5:00am - 8:00am the pools are open for lap swimming only.
  • From 8:00am - 9:00pm the pools are open for general swimming. 
  • THE LAP POOL IS FOR LAP SWIMMERS/WALKERS ONLY AT ALL TIMES.  PLEASE DO NOT HANG ON THE LAP LANE LINES.

  • Homeowners must bring an ID and a key card to gain entry to the pool. Homeowners may bring up to 4 guests per household.
  • Residents whose address on the ID does not match the address where they live in Columbia Village must provide additional documentation as proof of residency such as a utility bill.  Minors without valid ID can verbally state their address, parent(s) names, and provide an emergency contact phone number for entry if the minor has a valid access card.  For adult children and immediate family members (parents/grandparents for example) who have a valid access card, but their ID does not reflect their current address can verbally state their Columbia Village address, homeowner’s name, and homeowner’s phone number for entry.  MAV will record the information in their daily log, and the CVOA Board reserves the right to contact the homeowner, if necessary.  
  • No lifeguards on duty – swim at your own risk.
Consequence of Violation of Rules
  • Violation of any of the above rules may result in suspension of access to the CVOA amenities, and usage of the pool/rec center privileges of the member and member’s family for a period of time to be determined by the CVOA Board of Directors.
  • Access will be restricted by deactivating member’s key card(s), and will not be reactivated until board instruction, and a reactivation fee of $30.00 is paid to the Association.
