Monthly CVOA board meetings are held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm in the Pioneer Room of the Rec Center.

Each month, the board welcomes homeowners to address specific concerns and issues during the homeowner forum of regularly scheduled monthly board meetings. The homeowner forum will begin at 6:00pm. If you wish to attend and present something during the Homeowner Forum, please contact our representative with Sentry Management at this address prior to the meeting to have your name added to the agenda. Please specify the topic that you wish to address so the Board can gather additional important information, if needed.  

 

Each year, three director seats open for election, each with a three-year term. Applications from interested candidates are collected by the nominating committee from mid-November until mid-January, with elections being held at the annual meeting the second week of March each year. Candidates may also be nominated from the floor at the annual meeting. To apply, candidates must fill out an online application during the application period, interview with the nominating committee, and pass a light background check.
