Any change to exterior colors of your home requires ACC approval. 
It’s a simple process. Here are the steps:

• From the top-level navigation choose Documents -> Homeowner Forms
• Find the ACC Request Forms - there are two versions.
  • The DocuSign version is web based and it allows uploading of files with additional information (pictures, drawings, etc.)
  • The downloadable PDF version can be filled out and emailed to the address displayed at the top of the form.
• There is a free text PROJECT INFORMATION section where you can include additional information.

 

Requests are normally turned around within 24 hours.

Yes. All payments are handled through Sentry Management. You must first register for an account on Sentry Management's website, CLICK HERE

On the top level navigation, choose Amenities.
Click Pioneer Room from the drop-down list. This will take you to the Pioneer Room page where you can see several pictures of the space and read the Additional Details.

 

The last sentence in the text section contains the link Reserve Pioneer Room.
Clicking that link will take you to the Pioneer Reservations Room page where you can view availability and request to reserve the space.

 

You may reserve the Pioneer Reservation Room up to 90 days in advance of the current date.

 

Quarterly Assessment payments are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year. The payments have a 45-day grace period. This means the payments are considered late after the 16th of the following month (January is due by February 15; April is due by May 15; July is due by August 15; October is due by November 15).
