Opportunity Knocks! Will You Answer?

CVOA Volunteers are making the rounds through our village to distribute ballots.
They are placing door hangers that contain ballots and instructions.
Your participation is needed to decide the fate of the new CC&Rs.
There is a requirement of 2/3 of our 1810 eligible voters - about 1200 votes.
As of this writing we have just over 500 returned ballots.
The deadline for voting is Friday, August 14th.
You can find helpful resources here including a plat map that can assist in finding your specific property's supplemental CC&Rs.

Why do the NEW CCRs restrict my ability to rent my house for a short term and give the board the right to review and approve my rental contract? This is detailed in PERMITTED USE AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 5.01 B.
