Annual Neighborhood Block Party (National Night Out)
Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021, 5pm to 8pm at Rec Center
Come down and join your neighbors for the biggest block party we've had yet! Here is a little taste of what you can expect to see at Tuesday's event.
- "Blank Check" will be performing, a boise-based band playing a mixture of classic blues, jazz, R&B, funk and their own originals.
- So many food trucks! We will have Wok N' Roll, Chilitime, Anzalone's Pizza, Big Juds and Kona Ice.
- Vendors featuring face painting, homemade goodies, art, diy crafts, local nonprofits, and other giveaways
- An 18 foot inflatable double slide
- A magician, juggling and balloon animals
- A cupcake walk
- A visit from local police and possibly a fire truck
- As always, you can also use our wonderful outdoor amenities including sand volleyball, tennis, disc golf and swimming!
And don't forget to stop by CVOA's booth for free safety giveaways for kids and more information about Neighborhood Watch! Some tables and chairs will be setup, but please feel free to bring your blanket or chairs. Hope to see you there!

CVOA Board of Directors Meeting
Tuesday, August 17th, 2021, 6pm at 3655 E. Lake Forest Dr, Boise
The next Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2021 starting at 6:00 PM in the Rec Center, Pioneer room. From 6:00 PM to approximately 6:30 PM procedural agenda items will be handled. The Homeowner Forum, where homewoners may attend and address the board with specific issues or concerns will be at 6:30 PM. If you wish to attend and present something during the Homeowner Forum, please contact Christian Brockl, cbrockl@sentrymgt.com, at Sentry prior to the meeting to have your name added to the agenda. Please specify the topic that you wish to address so the Board can gather additional important information, if needed.
