CVOA'S Annual BBQ is from 11:00am - 2:00pm and it will be bigger than ever! Head down to the Rec Center for hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream, and a bounce house as we celebrate the first week of Summer! Join us for some lawn games, music, or enjoy our outdoor amenities including tennis, pickleball, disc golf, a dip in the pool, or a game of volleyball in our sand volleyball courts. Come join your neighbors and have some fun in the early summer sun, hope to see you there!

Time to clean out the garage and closets and host a yard sale! CVOA will advertise online, through social media, and put out signs at all major entrances to bring traffic in. All you need to do is put up your own signage to direct them to your street! Don't have enough stuff for your own sale? Consider combining efforts with a neighbor or two for an even larger sale! If you would like to have your unsold items picked up, below are a few resources you can try!

The Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, June 20th, 2023 starting at 6:00 PM at the Rec. Center in the Pioneer Room. From 6:00 PM to approximately 7:00 PM procedural agenda items will be handled. The Homeowner Forum, where homeowners may attend and address the board with specific issues or concerns will be at 7:00 PM. If you wish to attend and present something during the Homeowner Forum, please contact Charles Degenhardt, cdegenhardt@sentrymgt.com, at Sentry prior to the meeting to have your name added to the agenda. Please specify the topic that you wish to address so the Board can gather additional important information, if needed.  Homeowners are always welcome to attend our meeting, even if you do not have an issue to discuss.
