CVOA Annual Meeting and Election
Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, 6pm to 8pm at Pioneer Room, Rec. Center
Join us at 6:00 p.m. for our CVOA Annual Meeting where your CVOA Board of Directors will provide neighborhood news, information and updates. The election of new board members will also take place. This year's meeting will also include the presentation of a draft of the new CC&Rs which will also be up for a vote of adoption.
A copy of the Official Annual Meeting Notice can be found below. If you cannot attend this meeting in person, it is crucial that you return your proxy and Absentee Ballot so that we reach a quorum.

CVOA Board of Directors Meeting
Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, 6pm at Pioneer Room, Rec. Center
The Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, March 19th starting at 6:00 PM at the Rec. Center in the Pioneer Room. The Homeowner Forum, where homeowners may attend and address the board with specific issues or concerns will be at 6:00 PM. If you wish to attend and present something during the Homeowner Forum, please contact Charles Degenhardt, cdegenhardt@sentrymgt.com, at Sentry prior to the meeting to have your name added to the agenda. Please specify the topic that you wish to address so the Board can gather additional important information, if needed. Homeowners are always welcome to attend our meeting, even if you do not have an issue to discuss.
