Happy Holidays, Columbia Village!
Your CVOA Board of Directors hopes that you have had a wonderful Thanksgiving! As we look forward to the end of the year, we have just a few things to share.
First, thank you to everyone who showed up with their bright, shiny faces for our Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. We had a great turn out and we love that this tradition has become such a fun part of your own family festivities. We also had a very successful Holiday Bazaar and Visit with Santa last weekend. Our turn out was even more than last year and we saw some adorable kids and families all decked out to meet the big man. Again, thank you to all for making it such a huge success.
With the snow starting to fly, we kindly ask for your patience when it comes to shoveling the sidewalks on Lake and Grand Forest. We have contracted with Aloha to provide this service and they do their best to get to us as soon as possible. Please also note that ACHD is responsible for all of our snow removal on the roads. Thank you in advance for driving courteously and safely, especially around our schools.
Also, we have a correction from our last newsletter. Historically, the CVOA Board has not met in the months of July and December, but we have decided that this does not allow us to appropriately serve the neighborhood. So, beginning in December and going forward, we WILL be meeting these months. In December, we invite you to join us on the 12th at 6:00 p.m. for our homeowners forum and board meeting in the Pioneer Room.
Also, we are continuing our project of amending and revising our CC&Rs. Please take a few moments to fill out the survey as we want to help ensure that all of our homeowners opinions and concerns are taken into account. The survey can be found here: https://forms.gle/nY1qrpRTXjxYwEH37
We are also looking for a few good homeowners to fill open seats on our Board of Directors. We really need the help and would love to have some new faces! The link for the application can be found here and is due by January 15th: https://forms.gle/iv53xhKwVr2bGa1p9
Have a wonderful day and thank you for all you do to keep our community the best in Boise!
Sincerely,
Your CVOA Board of Directors
