Greetings Neighbors! Here's a brief update to get you through the next few weeks! Stay cool, Columbia Village!

Please join us on July 8th, Saturday, for Tony's Tamales food truck at the Rec. Center! They will be with us from 11-3 so come for a dip in the pool and some excellent food! Slay the Snow will be joining us on July 23rd from 1-3 also at the Rec. Center! They were a huge hit and we are so excited to have them back!

Also, we know that some of you have had some questions about pool rules and we'd like to clarify our 4 guest policy. Please know that your entire household, no matter if you have 2 kids or 10, are welcome at all times at the pool. The 4 guest limit only applies to additional individuals you invite to join you over and above your immediate family. With 1800 homes in our community, this is the best way for us to make sure as many homeowners as possible can enjoy the facilities you pay for. 

We thank you in advance for continuing to be respectful of our security guards who are working hard to keep our pool goers safe and enjoyable for everyone. It's a tough job and we appreciate their support.
