As you may know, it's election season for our association and YOU are the most important part of a successful process! When you receive your packet in the mail, please take the time to review all 9 candidates and what they hope to offer to you and our community. You may vote for one person 3 times or 3 people one time. In order to make sure everyone is represented, we offer a few options for you to submit your ballot. They can be mailed to the office, dropped off at the Rec. Center in the mail slot underneath the security office window or delivered in person on March 8th at our annual meeting. If you choose a proxy to vote for you, we recommend finding a trusted friend or neighbor who has the community's best interest at heart with an accurate knowledge of issues, events and concerns affecting Columbia Village. This year especially, your vote matters! In years past we've had just enough candidates to fill open positions. This year you have CHOICES! Let's make the most of this opportunity!

While we're on the subject, we have received multiple complaints about a resident going door to door spreading misinformation and falsely representing board activity. We try our best to keep our neighborhood safe and we understand that activity like this can be frustrating and unsettling. PLEASE NOTE: Your CVOA board is not involved in any litigation, especially not against a business, period. Nor are we seeking to terminate anyone's small business. Respectfully, we ask you to be wary of any strangers asking for your proxy vote and willing to vote on your behalf. 

Everyone is welcome to attend our board meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Pioneer Room! And as always, please reach out to us on any of our social media platforms or email if you have any questions regarding elections, amenities, events, etc. We promise, you will be answered promptly.
