Greetings, Neighbors! 

 

We are well into summer and we hope you are enjoying all that our beautiful city and community have to offer. Below are some reminders and info for you to take a look at. 

 

First, just a quick notice that the CVOA Board will not be holding our usual meeting in July. Traditionally, there are no board meetings held in July or December to allow for holiday breaks, etc. If you need assistance with anything, please let Christian know at cbrockl@sentrymgt.com. Also, feel free to continue to submit ACC requests (see www.CVOA.net) as those will continue to be reviewed in a timely manner. Just a reminder that our ACC committee meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. if you'd like to talk to them.

 

Also, a friendly reminder, CVOA does not allow swim lessons to be held at our recreation center during the pool season. As always, our priority is our homeowners and we need to make sure that there is plenty of space for our residents to enjoy the pool facilities freely. Swim lessons also conflict with our business policy, as well. If you've done this, have no fear! We understand that this is not on the list of pool rules and we will fix that ASAP. Just keep this in mind going forward. 

 

We hope that you are all enjoying the amenities during these warm days! If you've misplaced items at the pool, please check the lost and found. This can be found out on the pool deck or in the office. There is a bunch of stuff in there and a zillion pairs of goggles, so go check it out if you've lost anything! Thank you so much for keeping your snacks and drinks neat and cleaned up. We really hope this trial change is helping you all enjoy the pool even more. 

 

Our next neighborhood event will be on August 2nd and will be our National Night Out in conjunction with Neighborhood Watch. It is going to be a great party with food trucks, activities and visitors from the city. We'll send out more details as it gets closer, so stay tuned!
