May CVOA Neighborhood Update
Posted on May 23rd, 2022

Hello Neighbors! We hope you are well and getting excited for the new season upon us! Your CVOA board met last week and we wanted to take a moment to give you a brief update.
Are you interested in doing a home project? Do you have questions or are you interested in the ACC committee and what it is currently working on? The ACC committee will be meeting the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Pioneer Room at the recreation center. They have requested more homeowner volunteers so please feel free to join them and get involved!
Pool season is almost here! Our pools will be open on Saturday, May 28th and will be open through Labor Day. In addition, the lap pool will continue to be open through the month of September! Just like last year, please bring your key card and ID and come through the main entrance to the rec center. You'll be able to check in at the office and enjoy our beautiful facilities. Also, just a reminder that we have increased our guest limit to 4 per household. We hope that helps you enjoy the facilities even more! Also, beginning May 31st, we will have one food truck at the rec. center every Tuesday through pool season.
If you see any broken or malfunctioning sprinkler heads in the common areas as you drive through the neighborhood, please let Christian at Sentry know via email at or call at 208-323-1080 to report them. After hours or weekend irrigation emergencies please call (208) 871-4343. This is only answered after 5:00 and on weekends.
Our Neighborhood Watch is currently looking for more block captains! It's an easy way to help your community and neighbors! Contact Bonnie Straight, at We appreciate all of our residents who take an active role in helping our community stay safe and connected. Also, if you have any safety issues or concerns, you can contact our Neighborhood Contact Officer at any time on the Boise City website at
Finally, attached you will find a fantastic contact sheet to use as a resource for any Boise City questions you may have. It's a great resource to keep printed and readily accessible in your home.
Have a wonderful week and enjoy the sunshine!
